LOL, even the G37 is suffering from Oil Consumption!

So we have all these idiots saying the VQ is the best engine in the world and why the hell is Infiniti planning to use a motor from Mercedes on the next generation G's?

They even bring up the stupid Ward's top 10 motor of the year crap. LOL Yeah, my G runs the same motor as a Nissan Maxima, I is pimpin' son!

The motor is 10 fucking years old. Dump it and move the fuck on.

Now it has come to our attention that the VQ37VHR is also suffering from Oil consumption.

Read it here: myg37

Download the TSB here: infinitig37.com

I guess Infiniti owners are "brand whores" and they would rather have a pos motor that burns oil than a reliable one.

It's funny actually. All the problems this car has, Infiniti claims "they never heard about it before" and other Infinti owners says, "it's normal", turn on the radio on full blast and ignore it. LOL!

That solves the problem right? Pretend it doesn't exist!

Another previous owner sees the light

Another disappointed owner of a G35 Coupe. Snipped from: Everyone Check your Oil Thread.

Stay away from the G35. It doesn't matter if it has the VQ35DE or VQ35DE Rev-Up engine. They are all crap. I bought a brand new 2007 G35 with 8 miles on the clock. I broke the engine in just as the manual stated. It burned oil the whole time I had it. I sold it with 5,000 miles on the clock. It took me 1 1/2 years to sell it. I never drove it from the time I started the selling process.

I took an $8,000 dollar loss when I sold it.
Royal purple, Amsoil, lucas, Mobile 1.

It doesn't matter what oil you use, the G35 will eat it up and spit it out like Aunt Betty's fruit cake at Christmas.

Move on brother, just move on. You WILL become another victim if you purchase a G35.

Your eyes are burning from reading this thread? They should be.
It's a huge a$$ thread about a piece of crap that Nissan sold to
the American consumer. Then Nissan spit in our face by denying and lying about the problem as they laughed all the way to the bank.

Nissan waited 3 years before they relased a TSB on the oil burning issue.
Nissan was trying to get past the warranty period before releasing the TSB on the G35 and the 350z.

Look for something else.

One more thing.

SCREW YOU NISSAN!!!!!!!
