Popping, Rattles, Cracking

Every car out there are susceptible to interior rattles and creeks. But this is just ridiculous. Here is a clip of a G35 going down a Driveway. Pump up the volume and listen to the build quality of the G35. (G35 had 4k miles at time of recording).

Listen to the popping as it goes over uneven pavements and listen to the clanking of the clutch.

Now, this is a $35k car, ($40k out the door fully equipped). You would imagine that they would have some type of quality control to prevent some of the rattles. Especially on a 2006 model. The G35 has been out since late 2002. That's 4 years Infiniti had to work out some of the kinks.

Upon taking the car for a check up, it's turns out that the "rear axle bolt" was loose and needed to be re-torqued. A simple search on any forum will bring up hundreds of threads indicating this problem. Some as early as 2003.

And the clutch noise, will according to Infinti, the "noise" is normal operation noise. And all is fine now. haha.
